Ens llegim i comentem les primeres obres del Lovecraft xiquet: L’Ampolla de Vidre, El Misteri del Cementiri, El Vaixell Misteriós i La Bèstia a la Cova
Les primeres obres escrites de H. P. Lovecraft, com ara «L’Ampolla de Vidre», «La Cova Secreta», «El Misteri del Cementeri», «El Vaixell Misteriós» i «La Bèstia a la Cova», són fonamentals per comprendre l’evolució de la seva narrativa i l’aparició del que més endavant es convertiria en el seu distintiu estil literari.
Tot i la seva relativa senzillesa, aquestes primeres obres de Lovecraft planten les llavors d’un univers literari ric en horror cósmic, criatures monstruoses i dimensions desconegudes, que es desenvoluparien plenament en les seves obres posteriors i influenciarien de manera perdurable el gènere del terror i la ciència-ficció.
